The Arab American Center exists to serve immigration seekers to the United States of America as well as providing assistance to refugee and asylum seekers to various countries. Our office is equipped to handle a variety of immigration cases including, but not limited to:
- Immediate Family Members of US Citizens
- Special Immigrant Visa Applicants
- Deportee Waivers
- Adoption and Divorce Cases
- Diversity Lottery Candidates
Additionally, we assist in applying for non-immigrant visas such as:
- Tourist Visa
- Student Visa
- Temporary Work Visa
Our US Citizen and Green Card Holder Services Include:
- Passport Renewals
- Passports for Children of American Citizens
- Applying for Naturalization
- Reporting births and deaths abroad
Our Immigrant, non-immigrant and US citizen services include the following:
- Advice and counsel for visa and immigration applications
- Completing applications
- Setting appointments at the United States Embassy
- Correspondence with appropriate offices (USCIS, Embassy, DHS)
We pursue correspondence and follow-up work, ensuring the full completion of each application. We have experienced a great deal of success, enabling many Jordanians and Iraqis to begin new lives abroad.
