How many refugee cases do you receive?
We served over 250 refugee families in the past year.
Do you guarantee UNHCR and/or IOM approval or resettlement abroad?
No. All clients must sign, agreeing that as a 3rd party, the Arab American Center can in no way guarantee a decision by the UNHCR, IOM, or any embassy. We serve our clients by assisting them in a highly professional and legal manner. However, decisions for relocation and immigration are entirely up to the UNHCR, IOM, and the relevant embassy.
Please note that the AAC is not affiliated with the UNHCR or the IOM. UNHCR and IOM policy clearly states that no office or organization has the right to represent refugees or speak on their behalf. All decisions are made by the UNHCR or IOM and cannot be influenced by an outside party. AAC assists all its clients in complete compliance with the rules and guidelines put forth by the UNHCR and the IOM.
